With experienced staff in each office, we serve a diverse range of clients from the public and private sectors, including local authorities, government bodies, developers, funds, investment companies, and private individuals.
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced property agent located in our Basildon office. You will be responsible for:
- Generating sales leads
- Managing client relationships
- Providing excellent customer service
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Conducting market research
- Coordinating marketing campaigns
- Managing sales/lettings activities to achieve a team target
Additional responsibilities include working in conjunction with a Senior Associate and other team members.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and developing sales staff
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential
- Experience in the real estate or commercial property sector is a plus
