We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Paid Marketing & Social Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role will be split between managing our global PPC accounts and UK-focused social media platforms, supporting our ambitious digital growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong understanding of paid search best practices, campaign optimisation, and data-led decision-making. They will also play a key role in driving engagement and brand visibility across our social media channels.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) (Approx. 60% of role):
- Manage, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and oversee landing page alignment.
- Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
- Collaborate with our wider team to align paid activity with promotional plans and product focus.
- Support the development of international PPC strategies for local markets.
Paid Social Media (Approx. 40% of role):
- Plan, schedule, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Grow and engage our online audience with consistent, on-brand advertising.
- Monitor social performance metrics and recommend optimisations.
- Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and ad testing.
- Collaborate on campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and awareness.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of PPC experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), agency or in-house.
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and scheduling platforms (e.g. Hootsuite).
- Strong communication skills and creative thinking.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on brand consistency.
Nice to have:
- Confident managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- B2B marketing experience, ideally within industrial automation or technical sectors.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
