Job Purpose: To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to service users, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in line with care plans and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
- Support mobility and transfers safely using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding where required.
- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records.
- Support medication administration (where trained and permitted).
