Our client, a respected leader in the commercial vehicle industry, and we're looking for an experienced
Yard Shunter to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent.
Working across our busy 15-acre site, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Moving commercial vehicles between several local yards
- Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe
- Parking and positioning vehicles efficiently
- Carrying out vehicle checks, including fuel levels and condition inspections
- Preparing vehicles for delivery
- Recording vehicle and trailer movements accurately
What We're Looking For
- Class 1 (HGV) licence - essential
- Experience driving commercial vehicles and working in a similar yard or logistics environment
- Knowledge of vehicle handling and yard operations
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Forklift or crane licence would be an advantage, but not essential
