Working closely with the Service Manager, you will take responsibility for maintaining, repairing, and servicing horticultural machinery provided through our sales department. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults on a range of horticultural equipment
- Service and maintain machinery to ensure reliability and performance
- Work across various types of equipment, including grass, garden, utility, and small agricultural machines
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues using up-to-date diagnostic tools and software
- Deliver a high level of customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Follow safe working practices, including handling heavier equipment when required (with appropriate support)
About You
- Experience or knowledge of domestic or professional grass machinery is beneficial
- Solid understanding of horticultural, garden, utility, or small agricultural equipment
