Bridgford Interiors is a specialist interior fit out business based in Fradley Park.
Our work involves the fit out of property in the retail, hospitality & leisure sectors across the UK.
At any one time we have multiple live sites at various stages.
Projects run for different durations, including night works and weekends.
This is a perfect role for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to work as a team, as well as on their own initiative.
You will be supporting our busy Projects team, as they manage multiple interior fit-out projects at any one time.
This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the business.
The roles and responsibilities include the following
- Administration support to the Project team helping them to make best use of their time.
- Responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
- Maintain document control / filing and document processes for the efficient management of projects
- Perform data entry and recording on various websites and internal databases.
- Answering telephone calls, screening and taking messages as appropriate
- Arranging access and booking permits where required.
- Raising labour purchase orders through Microsoft Access
- Photocopying and printing various project documents.
- Liaising with staff in other departments and relevant external organisations
- Support Office Manager with adhoc projects / duties as required

- Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads

- To work independently as well as in a team
- Strong PC literacy including Microsoft Office Applications (predominantly Word & Excel)
- Ability to work under own initiative under tight timescales
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic approach and adaptability
- Reliable and honest.
- Certificates to a reasonable grade in both Maths and English.
