Puro Associates is excited to assist an Accountancy firm in the Preston area, in their quest for a full-time permanent Semi-Senior Accountant, to integrate into their warm and established team of accounting professionals.
Responsibilities the Accounts Semi Senior Job:
- Produce year-end accounts for Limited companies, adhering to both FRS102 and FRS105 standards
- Formulating accounts for Sole traders, partnerships, and LLPs
- Completion of corporate, personal, and partnership tax return filings
- Handling management accounts (prior experience preferred)
- Preparation of VAT returns and occasional bookkeeping tasks
Requirements the Accounts Semi Senior Job:
- A minimum of 2 years’ UK practice experience is essential
- Ideally AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent through experience (QBE)
- Proficiency in Excel, Xero, Sage, Accounting, and Taxation software
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels
