We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Northampton.

This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, helping to ensure products are completed to a high standard before being dispatched to customers.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out visual checks on finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify any faults, defects, or issues and report them to the relevant team member.
  • Perform basic product finishing tasks where required.
  • Support production processes and ensure work is completed accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
  • Follow company quality procedures and health & safety guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
