Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing specialist contractor delivering utilities projects across the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in maintaining compliance across the business while developing your career within the utilities and infrastructure sector.
The Role
- Working closely with the Compliance Manager, Operations teams and Engineers, you'll help ensure the business meets its health & safety, quality and environmental obligations by:
- Maintaining compliance records, document control systems and management databases
- Supporting the administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Coordinating training records, competency matrices and certification renewals
- Preparing documentation for internal and external audits
- Managing client and supplier compliance portals
- Assisting with PQQs, tender submissions and accreditation documentation
- Producing compliance reports, KPI data and management information
- Supporting the ongoing development of company policies, procedures and compliance processes
About You
- You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Compliance Administrator, Quality Administrator, Health & Safety Administrator, HSEQ Administrator or similar support role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining records, databases and document control systems
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues, clients and external organisations
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience within utilities, construction, civil engineering, drainage, infrastructure or a similar industry would be advantageous, as would knowledge of ISO management systems.
