This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in maintaining compliance across the business while developing your career within the utilities and infrastructure sector.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Compliance Manager, Operations teams and Engineers, you'll help ensure the business meets its health & safety, quality and environmental obligations by:
  • Maintaining compliance records, document control systems and management databases
  • Supporting the administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
  • Coordinating training records, competency matrices and certification renewals
  • Preparing documentation for internal and external audits
  • Managing client and supplier compliance portals
  • Assisting with PQQs, tender submissions and accreditation documentation
  • Producing compliance reports, KPI data and management information
  • Supporting the ongoing development of company policies, procedures and compliance processes

About You

  • You'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a Compliance Administrator, Quality Administrator, Health & Safety Administrator, HSEQ Administrator or similar support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining records, databases and document control systems
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues, clients and external organisations
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience within utilities, construction, civil engineering, drainage, infrastructure or a similar industry would be advantageous, as would knowledge of ISO management systems.
