- Compliance Data Administrator (Temporary Contract)
- Duration: 3-Month Temporary Contract
- Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
- Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Data Administrator to join an insurance company based in the City of London on a 3-month temporary contract.
This role will support the Compliance team with the accurate input, maintenance and management of compliance-related data.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update and maintain compliance-related data across internal systems.
- Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support data cleansing and quality assurance activities.
- Process high volumes of data while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Assist with the organisation and maintenance of compliance records and documentation.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or data issues where appropriate.
- Ensure all data is handled in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Compliance team as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, administration or data processing roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience within insurance, financial services, compliance or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
