Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated Client Manager (Senior Accountant) to join an established firm in their St Helens office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships, and providing sound financial guidance.
- Preparing and reviewing annual accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and special assignments when required.
- Demonstrate expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, and general business advisory services aligned with our client needs.
To be eligible for the Position:
- Hold at least 3+ years’ experience working in a UK based practice.
- Ideally ACCA/ACA qualified.
