Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing specialist contractor delivering major utilities projects across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional team where you'll play a key role in supporting projects from planning through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Operations and site teams, you'll provide essential project and administrative support across a range of drainage and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of multiple projects
- Maintaining project schedules, trackers and progress reports
- Coordinating communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Managing project documentation, permits, drawings and document control
- Organising meetings, site visits and project logistics
- Assisting with purchase orders, cost tracking and project reporting
- Supporting health & safety documentation and maintaining accurate project records
About You
Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Coordination, Project Administration, Scheduling or similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience within utilities, construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or another project-based environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
