Cleaner - Part Time - 3 HOURS PER DAY - START ASAP Ongoing/long-term - Chelmsford

PHONE INTERVIEW & START WEDNESDAY 1ST OCTOBER

We are looking for a confident, reliable, pro-active and experienced commercial cleaner to take on the cleaning of high traffic communal and shared areas at our cient site in Chelmsford, on a long-term, ongoing basis.

15 Hours per week

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
3 hrs per shift, DAYTIME – HRS TBC

General Job Overview

• You will be responsible for ensuring we are providing a high-quality cleaning service to high traffic communal and shared areas areas including Reception, lifts, toilet and shower areas.

Person Specification

• A minimum of 2 years commercial cleaning experience

• Presentable and personable as cleaning during the working day and around staff

• Able to work alone or part of a team

• You need to be flexible, proactive and have a positive \’can do\’ attitude. You should be calm under pressure and of course be able to clean to an exceptionally high standard.

• You must have a good standard of English and excellent customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills.

Pay
£13.00 p/hr PAYE, paid monthly on the first Friday of the month
Accrued holiday pay..
Self employed welcome with correct documentation

All equipment/supplies are kept onsite.

As a national cleaning company, we may be able to offer you other suitable work and cover opportunities at other nearby sites.
