Join Our Team as a Workshop Controller
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the Depot Manager in running an efficient, customer-focused, and profitable workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and planning skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and liaising with both customers and technicians. You will be based out of a brand new purpose built workshop that opens in October.
Key Responsibilities of the Workshop Controller
- Raise job cards, estimates, and invoices while keeping all job statuses updated accurately and on time.
- Plan and schedule workshop workloads to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain service schedules for all customers and provide updates, approvals, and completion details.
- Liaise closely with the workshop team to monitor times booked, order parts, and ensure everything is ready for each job.
- Process purchase orders and support with general workshop administration.
- Ensure site standards are upheld – including tidiness, equipment maintenance, and security.
- Promote and maintain Health and Safety standards.
