Parts Manager - Hampshire
Location: Covering two depots in the Hampshire area
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to lead Parts operations across two Hampshire depots.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused and customer-driven Parts professional to lead a team, grow sales and ensure excellent customer service across both locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Parts teams across Alton and Winchester.
- Drive parts sales, customer service and commercial performance.
- Manage stock, inventory and supplier relationships.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and profitability.
About you:
- Previous experience in a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or senior Parts Advisor role.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Commercially aware with good stock management experience.
- Organised, proactive and confident using computer systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Experience within agricultural machinery, automotive, construction, plant or similar sectors would be beneficial. IBCOS experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
