About the Role
Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service? Our client is seeking a Branch Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Branch and Sales Managers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch. This is a varied, fast-paced position where you will be at the heart of the business, working closely with colleagues across departments. It is an ideal opportunity for someone detail-driven, adaptable, and keen to be part of a friendly and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Managers
- Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the branch
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Complete daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
- Maintain accurate sales records and update internal databases
- Support the sales team with events and trade shows
- Carry out monthly stock checks on domestic products
- Promote clear and effective internal communication
- Consistently deliver a professional, customer-focused service
