Are you experienced in parts, stores or stock management and enjoy dealing with customers?
We’re looking for someone who is organised, practical and customer-focused, with experience working in a parts, stores, warehouse, retail or stock environment.
You don’t necessarily need agricultural experience- motor trade, automotive, engineering or other relevant backgrounds will also be considered. What’s important is that you’re confident managing stock, dealing with customers and keeping things organised in a busy environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers and technicians at the front counter, by phone and email
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts
- Processing orders and arranging dispatch
- Managing and organising stock
- Supporting general stores duties, including stock control
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service and supporting sales targets
Ideally, you’ll have experience in:
- Parts, stores, stock control or retail
- Working directly with customers
- Organising and managing stock
- A busy, fast-paced environment
- Using computer systems, email and basic office software
The Package
- Permanent, full-time position
- 39 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
