Role Purpose
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment supplied by our sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repair work on agricultural equipment, including chargeable, warranty, and internal jobs
- Accurately complete all job cards and associated documentation
- Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of service
- Attend manufacturer and internal training as required to stay up to date with product knowledge and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
- Follow health and safety procedures and actively contribute to a culture of safety
- Demonstrate strong technical problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team

- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing agricultural or similar machinery
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude
- Full, clean UK driving licence
