A busy and long-established vehicle service and MOT centre is looking for a Workshop Claims Administrator to join the team. This is a varied role where you will take responsibility for processing warranty and maintenance claims, raising accurate job cards and invoices, preparing repair estimates, booking MOT tests, and providing day-to-day administrative support to a professional workshop environment.
You will work closely with technicians, customers, and the accounts team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably. This role would suit someone with a strong background in motor industry administration who enjoys being part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in motor trade administration (cars, vans, or HGVs)
- Knowledge of warranty and/or maintenance claims processes preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident IT user with good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
