Are you organised, efficient, and ready to join a dynamic online retail operation? Our client, a growing multi-site online retailer, is seeking a reliable Online Dispatch & Warehouse Team Member to join their head office team. This is a varied role supporting all aspects of warehousing across three online platforms. The business handles a wide range of products, from parts and machinery to PPE and forestry equipment, so attention to detail and efficiency are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing online orders, particularly during busy periods
  • Coordinating daily courier collections and managing related documentation
  • Handling returns and liaising with other departments to ensure correct processing, including repairs or warranty work
  • Following processes and keeping accurate records, including machine data for warranty purposes
  • Assisting with goods in, stock organisation, and storage in the correct locations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Comfortable handling a variety of items, including machinery and heavier stock
  • Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues across departments via phone, email, and in person
  • Basic computer skills, including creating shipping labels and checking stock levels
  • Forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
