My client is seeking a qualified HGV Mechanic to join their dealership in Waltham Cross and support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient vehicle service. The business is growing rapidly following several major contract wins.
Working in a busy workshop, you will handle all levels of maintenance, repairs, and overhauls, along with routine servicing and diagnostics. Key tasks include:
- Diagnosing faults
- Maintaining and repairing HGVs and trailers
- Carrying out inspections and Pre-MOT checks
- Completing all documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Recent experience in an HGV dealership or fleet workshop
- Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Well-organised with the ability to meet deadlines
