Join a fast-growing online retail team as a Web Shop Administrator Are you organised, creative, and confident working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment? We’re looking for a proactive Web Shop Administrator to help keep our online store accurate, engaging, and running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in product listings, customer enquiries, order processing, and day-to-day web shop operations within a supportive, close-knit team. What you’ll be doing: • Creating, updating, and maintaining product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and specifications • Using AI and creative tools to produce engaging product and marketing content • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with internal teams • Handling customer enquiries by phone and supporting sales • Processing online orders and liaising with dispatch teams • Providing first-line support for web shop queries • Identifying opportunities to improve the online store • Supporting promotions, seasonal updates, and special offers • Assisting with general administrative tasks for the retail team What we’re looking for: • Creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style • Familiarity with AI content tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms (desirable) • Accuracy with data and numbers • Self-motivated, proactive approach • High attention to detail and quality The details: • Full-time, permanent position • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm) • Location: Maldon area, Essex • Competitive salary (based on experience) • 32 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) • Pension, life assurance, staff discount, company sick pay, flu jabs, and referral scheme If you enjoy combining creativity with organisation and want to make an impact in a growing online retail environment, we’d love to hear from you
