We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Assistant to join a well-established construction plant machinery company. A great opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge and excellent customer service skills! Key Responsibilities: Identify, source and order parts for customers and engineers. Process orders, quotations and invoices. Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory. Liaise with customers, suppliers and service teams. Support the day-to-day running of the parts department.What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Counter role. Experience within plant, construction or manufacturing desirable. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good IT and organisational skills.
