Customer Hire & Sales Co-ordinator Salary: £29,000 Monday–Friday 8am to 4pm We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Hire & Sales Co-ordinator to manage customer hires, off-hires, contracts, deliveries, and related administration while maximising sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Raise, manage, and off-hire contracts using our ERP system. Handle customer calls, queries, and requests through system. Liaise with depots and supply chain to coordinate equipment and deliveries. Confirm daily deliveries and obtain accurate ETAs. Quote from fleet and source competitive rehire equipment. Manage exchanges, breakdowns, delivery issues, and paperwork. Complete live hire reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Use Excel to check, reconcile, and report data. Resolve invoice queries, process credits, and manage damage reports. Collate KPI and other regular reporting. Identify add-on sales opportunities and maximise hire revenue.What We're Looking For Experience in hire, sales, rental, logistics, or a similar coordination role. Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with ERP/hire systems such as Movex. Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Why Join Us?
