  • Salary/OTE: £42,660 per annum (basic £36,720 + £2,400 bonus)
  • Overtime: Available at time-and-a-half
  • Hours: 42.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday day shifts plus one Saturday in five (08:00–12:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out maintenance and repairs to ensure all vehicles meet legal and safety standards
  • Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT inspections
  • Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and executing permanent repairs
  • Completing warranty, contract and retail paperwork accurately and on time
  • Delivering preventative maintenance to minimise customer costs
  • Upholding high standards of workshop housekeeping and health & safety

What You’ll Need

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle or Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Proven experience diagnosing, servicing and repairing commercial vehicles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
  • Valid UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential)
  • Proactive, customer-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure
