Location: Home-based with regular UK travel

Hours: Monday to Friday - 39 hrs/week

Salary: Up to £50,000

My client is looking for a proactive and organised UK Service Support Manager to support and standardise operations across the UK Service Centres. You’ll play a key role in driving compliance, improving processes, and supporting teams with tools, systems, and data.

Key Responsibilities of the UK Service Support Manager:

  • Manage compliance, calibration records, and health & safety standards
  • Chair monthly service centre compliance meetings
  • Support engineers with systems (iPads, Praxedo, Alcumus, etc.)
  • Develop KPIs and service reports using data from internal systems
  • Coordinate service centre infrastructure, layout, and housekeeping
  • Lead structured inductions for new starters
  • Support projects and quality documentation (risk assessments, COSHH)

The UK Service Support Manager must have:

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT and data reporting skills
  • Experience in a compliance or H&S-focused role
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • ERP system knowledge
  • Relevant H&S qualifications
