We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Area Manager to grow revenue and market share in the South East by driving new business and managing key customer relationships.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory, developing strong client partnerships while actively seeking out new opportunities. Your focus will be on maximising plant hire sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from initial contact to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed annual territory sales targets
- Identify and win new plant hire contracts across your region
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Negotiate competitive terms while protecting profitability
- Manage your pipeline and territory plan in line with business strategy
- Represent the brand at site visits, client meetings, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery

About You
- Proven sales and account management success
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results-focused
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
