Parts Sales Advisor in Surrey

Job Title: Parts Sales Advisor (UK) Location: Dorking, Surrey Salary: 33,000 Basic Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Days Overall Purpose of the Position: The purpose of this role is to provide UK customers with the highest level of care and service by ensuring spare parts are supplied accurately, efficiently and within the required timescales. The Parts Sales Advisor will take responsibility for supporting customers with their parts requirements, processing orders, identifying and interpreting parts, and developing strong customer relationships. The role will also involve promoting and increasing profitable parts sales in line with company targets and pricing structures. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service, monitor customer requirements and orders, and proactively identify opportunities to grow sales and improve performance.
