Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our late shift team in Kidderminster. This is a hands-on supervisory role for a skilled technician who is ready to step up, combining productive repair work with team leadership, quality control, and workshop coordination in an award-winning dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform major and minor repairs on HGVs and trailers while overseeing daily workshop operations.
- Support and guide technicians, ensuring work is completed to high standards and in line with DVSA requirements.
- Maintain workshop inventory, cleanliness, and safety, and handle documentation, warranty claims, and customer communications.
- Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workflow and quality output.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI) in HGV Repair and Maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Senior HGV Technician or Supervisor.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes.
- Ability to identify worn/faulty components to DVSA standards.
