HGV Breakdown Technician – Stoke Hours: Rotating shifts Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30 Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30 (42.5 hours per week) On-call and standby rota – 1 in 4 weekends Full time, permanent Earning Potential – Salary: £47,073 per annum basic Standby: £25 per day/night Call-out: £15 per call plus overtime at 1.5x hourly rate (minimum 2 hours paid, even if job ends sooner) Realistic OTE: £52,000 – £58,000+ Overview We're looking for an HGV Breakdown Technician to join a well-established commercial vehicle specialist in Stoke. This is a proper breakdown role with a rotating shift pattern, standby payments, and call-out rates on top of a strong basic.
