Are you a commercially driven leader with strong agricultural machinery knowledge, ready to take full ownership of a successful branch? We are recruiting for an experienced Branch & Sales Manager to lead a well-established agricultural machinery operation in Southend-on-Sea. This is a senior, hands-on role with full responsibility for branch performance, profitability, and team leadership across sales, service, parts, and administration.
You’ll be the face of the branch, driving sales, developing customer relationships, leading and motivating your team, and identifying new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of agricultural and horticultural machinery
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Commercially focused and target-driven
- Confident influence with the ability to close deals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
