Location: Reading. Salary: Β£26,440 per year. Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Our client is a vehicle maintenance provider; they are looking for a Service Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Job card creation and maintaining a good working relationship with workshop staff and technicians.
- Taking a defect to a job card, recording technician time clockings, managing parts issues, and invoicing.
- Retail invoicing to end customer accounts, including fleet companies as required.
- General admin duties and day-to-day support to the service team.
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost-effective.
- Chasing all outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices for works are approved.
- Point of contact for general enquiries with customers in the admin office.
