Our client is a vehicle maintenance provider; they are looking for a Service Administrator.
Service Administrator job role:
- Job card creation and good working relationship with workshop and technicians.
- Taking a defect to a job card / technician time clockings / parts issue and then invoicing.
- Retail invoicing to end customer accounts including fleet companies as required.
- General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost effective.
- Chase all outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated works are approved.
- Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.
