The Workshop Manager role primarily focuses on:
- Health, Safety and Environmental responsibility
- Ensure a comprehensive hand over and coordination across shifts.
- You’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising and managing a team of engineers and support staff
- Ensure smooth running of the workshop
The successful Workshop Manager must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Engineering background
- Knowledge of employment, safety, and Environmental legislation.
- A professional qualification would be desirable or equivalent company recognised qualification.
The role will require the successful candidate to attend regular face to face review meetings, so a professional manner, can-do attitude and good communication skills are a must.
