Position: Senior Powered Access Engineer
Salary: £43,260 basic
OTE: £50,000+
Shifts: Monday – Friday 45 hour week

About the Company:
My client is a rapidly growing national provider of powered access and plant equipment, looking for an experienced Senior Powered Access Engineer to join their team.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and engineer workloads.
- Plan servicing, repairs, PDI and LOLER inspections to maximise fleet availability.
- Carry out hands-on servicing, maintenance and fault-finding.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic faults.
- Lead, support and motivate a team of engineers.
- Work closely with the hire office to ensure equipment is ready for hire.
- Manage workloads and priorities within a busy hire environment.
What You’ll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- Experience within powered access, plant, forklifts or similar.
- Strong mechanical, electrical/hydraulic and diagnostic skills.
- LOLER and PDI experience.
- CAP licence essential.
- Previous team leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
