Job Title: Part Van Salesperson Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 Location: Cambridge Job Description: In this role, you’ll be the face of the parts department—supporting an existing customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales and introduce new customers to the brand. This position offers a great mix of customer interaction, sales, delivery, and administration—all backed by a trusted name in agricultural and ground care machinery. What You’ll Be Doing: Selling a wide range of parts and hardware to existing customers and new prospects Taking customer orders by phone, in person, and while out on delivery routes Promoting current offers and generating quotations and estimates Delivering parts to customer locations using a company vehicle Supporting branch operations with parts handling, stock control, and order processing Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Ensuring high standards of accuracy when handling cash, card payments, and invoicingWhat A Successful Candidate Needs: Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales success Confident communicator—both face-to-face and over the phone Organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Full UK driving licence (clean) required Technical knowledge of machinery is desirable but not essential A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to remain calm during busy periodsWhat You\’ll Be Offered: Competitive salary (based on experience) Company Vehicle + Commission 32 days annual leave including bank holidays Workplace Pension Staff discount in Country Stores Full support and training
