Job Title: Field Service Engineer Location: Leeds, Huddersfield and surrounding areas OTE: 39,813 per annum, before commission. Job Description: This is a field-based engineering role, primarily servicing and repairing electric forklift trucks, with around 90% of the work involving electric lithium-powered trucks and EP electric trucks. You will be responsible for attending customer sites to diagnose breakdowns, carry out servicing and maintenance, and complete repairs to ensure customers equipment remains safe, reliable and operational. The company is continuing to grow and has a strong team of 9 engineers, with full training provided for the right candidate. You will receive full training to get you fully up to speed with the company s products, systems and processes. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Attending customer sites to diagnose and repair forklift breakdowns. Carrying out planned servicing and preventative maintenance. Repairing and maintaining electric forklift trucks. Working predominantly with lithium-powered and EP electric trucks. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Completing service reports and relevant engineering paperwork. Advising customers on repairs and replacement parts where required.
