Our client, a leading Forklift Dealer, is looking for a dynamic and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to clients on-site. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

Experience

- A valid driver's license is essential for travel to various client sites.
