About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ATV Engineer to join a well-established and expanding team. You will join a small, focused workshop of two engineers responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of ATVs and related equipment. The dealership primarily represents market leading brands, but also services additional brands as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, autonomy, and long-term growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service ATVs and associated equipment
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and safety checks
- Support occasional Saturday work during peak seasonal periods
- Provide high-quality customer service during callouts or on-site work
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and completed work
- Work closely with the existing engineer to manage workload effectively
Ideal Candidate
We are open to a variety of mechanical backgrounds. The ideal applicant will have experience in one or more of the following:
- ATV maintenance, repair, or production
- Small plant, agricultural, or light construction machinery
- Automotive service or repair
- MOT qualification is beneficial but not essential
We are looking for someone technically capable, collaborative, and able to work independently.
