We are currently recruiting for a Precision Farming Support Assistant to join a well-established Precision Farming team based in Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone with an agricultural, technical or customer support background who is interested in developing their career within Precision Farming.
The Role
- Supporting customers with telematics and Precision Farming queries
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts and subscriptions
- Managing correction signal and telematics activations
- Providing customers with system training and guidance
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating where required
- Ensuring customer records and information are accurate and up to date
About You
- Ideally experienced within agriculture, agricultural machinery or a related technical environment
- Interested in GPS, telematics and Precision Farming technology
- Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A good problem solver who can use their own initiative
- Friendly, professional and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A full UK driving licence holder
