Role: Fire and Security Engineer
Location: Coleshill
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + D2D + VAN
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and networking
- Provide occasional support with commissioning of systems when required
- Ensure client satisfaction before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company's service management system
- Deliver outstanding premium service to customers at all times
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
What you'll need
- Good technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, High End CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems
- Knowledge of networking and PABX systems would be an advantage
- Gent approved engineer status is desirable (training provided if not certified)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems
- Customer-focused, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Full UK Driving Licence
