Responsibilities
- Daily management of the engineering function
- Ensuring the fleet of PSVs are maintained to DVSA standards
- Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
- Direct influence on Health & Safety, compliance, culture, fatigue management & employee wellbeing
- Collaborate, as a member of the senior engineering & local management teams, with colleagues to further develop the business within budgetary guidelines
Qualifications
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
- Car Driving licence
- Supervisory/Managerial Experience specifically in the HGV/PSV industry (non-negotiable)
