Earning Potential – Salary: Β£32,000 – Β£36,000 OTE (dependent on experience)

You'll be processing warranty claims, managing invoices, and keeping the service department running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Processing retail, warranty, and service contract invoicing accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Preparing, submitting, and monitoring warranty claims in line with manufacturer and company procedures
  • Checking warranty documentation, repair orders, and supporting evidence to ensure claims are complete and compliant
  • Resolving invoice and warranty queries with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
  • Assisting with preparing and sending quotations for work required on customer vehicles
  • Following up outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices are approved promptly
  • Providing general administrative support to the Service Department – post, stationery, and day-to-day office tasks
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for general customer enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is organised and audit-ready

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator or similar service admin role within a main dealer environment (advantageous)
  • Strong administrative skills – able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – professional and customer-focused
  • Highly accurate when processing claims, entering data, and checking invoices
  • Competent IT skills – Microsoft Office and dealership/service management systems
  • A proactive, solution-led approach when working to deadlines
