We are currently looking for an HGV Auto Electrician to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team in their commitment to providing a high standard of service output for their customers.
HGV Auto Electrician Required Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of automotive electrical systems
- Knowledge and experience of automotive circuit diagrams
- Knowledge and experience of automotive charging & multiplex systems
- Knowledge and experience of laptop diagnostics & test equipment
- Experience with 24 Volt systems
- Understanding of DVSA standards
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Auto Electrics
HGV Auto Electrician Main Duties:
- Fault diagnostics and rectification with a first-time fix policy
- Working with HGV/PSV electrical systems, circuit diagrams, charging & multiplex systems
- Laptop diagnostics
- Use of multi-meters and other test equipment
