Join an award-winning People Team as a People Team Administrator and help shape the employee experience from day one. This is a key role within a Motor Trader ‘Employer of the Year’, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration, in a culture where people truly come first.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics: posting ads, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and smooth start for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day People Team administration.
- Assist with employee relations cases, note-taking, and engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Strong organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in HR/recruitment administration is advantageous but not essential – attitude and potential are key.
