Groundcare Executive Assistant Location: Cambridge (with occasional UK and international travel) Salary: £35,000 per annum Overview My Client is seeking a proactive, organised, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director and leadership team in the fast-paced groundcare machinery sector. This pivotal role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate communications across teams, and help drive forward key business initiatives. You’ll work from their head office near Cambridge, with occasional travel across the UK and abroad. This role is ideal for someone with a background in groundcare, turfcare, agriculture, or similar environments. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day executive support to the Managing Director and senior leaders Manage inboxes, flagging urgent issues and delegating or drafting responses where appropriate Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion Organise meetings, manage diaries, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and logistics Assist with budget planning, expense reporting, and general admin support Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates Track progress of key business initiatives and ensure follow-up actions are completed Support event planning and trade show participation when required What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently Experience in or understanding of the groundcare, turfcare, or agricultural sector Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information Desirable (but not essential): Experience working in a dealership, distributor, or rural machinery business Familiarity with seasonal business patterns in agriculture or groundcare Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems What You’ll Get In Return: Salary from £40,000 per year 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays Enhanced Pension contributions Benefits App Sick pay and Group protection income Mental Health First AidersHow to Apply: If you’re interested in this Service Manager role, apply now by responding to this advert with your updated CV or call Amy at Kemp Recruitment on (phone number removed) for more details
