Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for our turf dealer network, building lasting, high-value partnerships across regional territories. Partner with dealer leadership to drive adoption of our specialised turf machinery, technical solutions, and core product lines. Work closely with dealer sales and technical teams to deliver hands-on product expertise, commercial alignment, and operational support. Plan and execute high-impact dealer events, product demonstrations, and sales campaigns across local and regional markets. Mentor and support dealer staff, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and product knowledge needed to achieve their commercial targets. Conduct regular dealer business reviews, both virtually and face-to-face in the field. Represent dealer interests across regional and global development projects, contributing field insights to broader business strategies. Travel across the region/territory for up to 30% of your time to meet dealers and attend industry events.What We Are Looking For Full, clean driving license required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and modern CRM tools. Background in turf equipment, commercial groundcare, agricultural machinery, or heavy plant is desirable, but not strictly required.
