My client a leading machinery dealership, is looking for an Ecommerce admin to join their team. We\’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to lead the growth of our online sales and ensure a seamless digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Admin:
Maintain and update product listings, images, and descriptions across the ecommerce platform.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or stock teams.
Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including promotions, email campaigns, and content updates.
Ensure website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with IT or developers as needed.
Analyse sales data, track KPIs, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
Support customer service by resolving online order queries and issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
