Sales Manager – Electric Vehicle Division
Location: Home Based role (Ideally Birmingham Location)
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000
Position Summary
M client is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead theirElectric Vehicle Division, focused on battery-powered vehicle sales across the UK. This role is responsible for spearheading our EV growth strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring the success of our brand in an evolving market.
You\\\’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, building customer relationships, and leading a growing team, all while delivering on ambitious sales targets and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and margin performance across the electric vehicle portfolio.
- Own and drive forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity management.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Support and promote our sales processes, with a clear focus on progress management and brand visibility in the UK.

- Proven track record in sales within small, specialisedelectric vehicles, golf cars, or relevant sectors (Turfcare, Automotive, Industrial, Leisure).
- Hands-on experience managing people and leading teams.

- Demonstrable ability to spot commercial opportunities and take them to execution.
