What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and paintwork to manufacturer standards.
- Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are correctly treated and finished.
- Mix and match paint colours to ensure precise results.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets, following Thatcham repair methods.
- Complete all job-related paperwork clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with a supportive and skilled team in a well-equipped workshop environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A recognised vehicle body repair or paint refinishing qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Minimum of three years’ post-apprenticeship experience as a Paint Sprayer or Bodyshop Technician.
- A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for ongoing learning and skill development.
